Press Release

The annual exhibition by Kingston Gallery's Associate Artists, Repeat As Needed, presents persistent questions explored through repetition. Each artist uses forms of reiteration to seek emergent variations that invite interpretation. Patterns, layering, movement, perspective, mark making, and color offer innovative visual solutions and the continued possibility of discovery.

The mission of the Kingston Associate Members program is to expand the reach, representation, and opportunities of the gallery to more artists in Greater Boston. This annual exhibition is the culmination of a yearlong curatorial process organized by the Associate Members themselves. The breadth of the works include painting, video art, drawing and installation.
